Don’t Take Normal For Granted

"Given what depression can do, don't take your high sprits or relaxation time or even just normal days totally for granted. Depression can suck the worth out of anything and everything. Not feeling negative, even just at a baseline, is sweet. Having hope, excitement, warmth, and things to look forward to—replacing and not just squishing the hurt and pain—is so, so sweet. You're living your life—relish and indulge with some regularity! Because depression can make it a struggle to get by and make living rather intolerable, more like being dragged along."
